Writer blows it: forgets story

I absolutely refuse to believe that it's actually the seventh week of the quarter. What have I been doing for the last two months? Well, I guess its good that I woke up before finals. Spring is definitely in the air if I can manage to ignore two thirds of a quarter and still laugh about it. I just hope I'm laughing three weeks from now.

Since I didn't have enough volleyball tidbits to fill this article I was trying to decide w ether to make fun of the USFL or Patrick Ewins's vocabulary. Considering that ridiculing an entire league of extremely large and rather violent individuals might be just a wee bit dangerous I think I'll pass on that idea. Actually, Patrick might not be a picnic all by his lonesome. Maybe I'll just hope they don't read The Koala.

This is a really short article but that's just as well because the annual budget crunch has struck everybody's favorite UCSD humor paper. If any influential member of one of the councils that makes money decisions is reading this all 1 can say is that we want your money. If we so under there will be no laugh rag on campus (unless you count the new indicator). You know what the next step would be? Communism. It happened in Cuba so don't think it can't happen here.
